Sum, Sum, Summertime!

We have unofficially decided that we are on summer vacation. I had originally planned to keep on truckin' through this week but the weather has been calling us outdoors and so it's time to put the books away (for now) and take advantage of the glorious New England summer that is upon us :) Here are just some of our summer break plans:

• lots of playing in the pool
• visits to the beach
• weekly $1 movies at AMC/Loews Theaters
• weekend camping trip
• Sportfan's 10th Birthday
• Gamer's 13th Birthday
• Free Fun Fridays
• See a Paw Sox game (this is what the boys have chosen in lieu of a party)
• visit from my sister and nephew from upstate New York (we are looking forward to this since we don't see them often!)
• Beginning our third year of Girl Culture next month :)
• The MA Home Learning Association bookfair
• Strawberry picking
• Blueberry picking
• Peach picking
• Summer reading (keep watch for our lists!)
• S'mores by the firepit

Throw in some baseball,  playdates, craft projects, lazy days by the pool, home projects, lots of ice cream eating and that's our summer in a nutshell :)
